04/09/2017 Ray towed my car to the dealer. Said he would meet me in 30 minutes he was on time. He was nice and courteous. Highly recommend!

02/15/2017 Outstanding! Was taken care of right away when I walked in the door. Service tech took my vehicle in garage & gave me collision repair estimate within minutes. I needed vehicle repaired quickly to make lease return deadline & Keford repaired collision damage within 3 days. Quality of work was outstanding & I have recommended Keford Collision to all family & friends.

12/22/2016 Incredible customer service ! My daughter had a car accident on the highway while my wife and I were out of town. The car was damaged so bad it could not be driven. I called Tim at Keford and told him my situation. He was so kind and understanding. He called her immediately. He worked with the towing company on the accident scene and had the car delivered to his shop. He then paid the towing bill out of his pocket and gave my daughter his car to drive. From there he and his staff followed up with us every day helping us navigate the insurance claim, next steps and supported us as the insurance company worked through their mountain of paperwork. I have had a few other repairs with Keford and have been completely satisfied. There are no words that can explain a parent 2000 miles away when they get the call from their child. To have someone like Tim and his staff there to help is unbelievable. I highly recommend this collision shop. I am a raving fan!
